Call sales +372 5559 3678Making Gourmet cubes in three sizes – S 8 g, M 20 g or L 39 g – the Scotsman AC56 is an ice cube machine whose built-in bin holds 12.5 kg of ice. The air-cooled AS model comes in all three cube sizes, the water-cooled WS model with the M cube. A sensor in the bin monitors the ice level and switches the machine off when the bin is full.
Air passes through the front panel, so the unit suits built-in installation. A unique anti-scale system, a quietly opening lid, a washable air filter, an ON/OFF button and a cleaning indicator are all fitted, and a water-connection kit and ice scoop with holder are included.
The stainless-steel cabinet stands on feet, and a version with a drain pump is available. Daily output 25–32 kg depending on model. Water use is 3.7 l per hour for the AS model and 20.2 l for the WS model.
Rated power 400 W, electricity use 8.0 kWh per 24 h, refrigerant R134a, supply 230 V / 50 Hz. The machine is 386 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 693 mm high; net weight 36 kg.
