Modular ice cube maker Scotsman MXG 938

Equipped for a remote condenser, the modular MXG 938 produces up to 390 kg of Gourmet cubes per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 320 kg at +32/+21 °C. The solid, crystal-clear cubes are truncated-cone shaped and weigh 20 g. The machine is installed on a separately ordered bin.

Electronic controls keep the ice consistent as the weather changes, external indicator lights show the status, and a light signals when the front condenser air filter needs cleaning. Built-in XSafe sanitises the machine automatically and continuously. The dimensions follow international standards.

On a three-phase 400 V / 50 Hz / 3N supply, the machine is rated at 3550 W and uses R452A refrigerant. Dimensions 773 × 704 × 1236 mm; weight 138 kg gross, 119 kg net. Electricity use is 70 kWh per 24 h and water use 37 l/h (+32/+21 °C).
