Modular ice cube maker Scotsman NW 457

Only 575 mm high, the NW 457 is a modular head that can be stacked when more ice is needed. It does not store ice itself and is installed on a separately ordered Scotsman storage bin. It produces 10 g dice cubes; the H and L versions of the model make 6 g half-dice and 15 g large-dice ice.

T304 stainless-steel panels, automatic alert lights and a front-access evaporator make day-to-day maintenance straightforward, and cleaning is started with one touch. The footprint follows common industry standards. Output 220 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, and 154 kg at +32/+21 °C.

Water use is 10.3 l/h, energy use 20.4 kWh per 24 h and electrical power 960 W; the machine uses R290 refrigerant and a 230 V / 50 Hz supply. The low cabinet measures 760 × 620 × 575 mm and weighs 73 kg, or 87 kg packed.
