Modular ice cube maker Scotsman NW 307

At just 558 mm wide, the NW 307 is a compact modular head from the Scotsman NW range. It sits on a separately ordered storage bin, so the amount of ice held can be matched to what the kitchen or bar actually uses. It makes 10 g dice cubes; the H and L versions of the same model give 6 g half-dice and 15 g large-dice ice.

The panels are T304 stainless steel, and indicator lights alert staff automatically when attention is needed. Cleaning starts with one touch and the evaporator is accessible from the front for maintenance. Up to 190 kg of ice per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, and 120 kg at +32/+21 °C.

It uses 8.3 l of water an hour and 19 kWh of electricity a day, with a power rating of 910 W. R290 refrigerant, 230 V / 50 Hz connection. Head size 558 × 610 × 609 mm; it weighs 54 kg, or 63 kg packed.
