Modular ice cube maker Scotsman NXW 307

Designed for tight spots, the NXW 307 is only 56 cm wide and needs no clearance at the sides. This Scotsman modular head is installed on a separate storage bin and can be ordered air- or water-cooled (AS or WS version). It runs on natural R290 refrigerant (GWP 3, ODP

0) and meets ENERGY STAR and LEED eligibility criteria.

Large air intakes help maintain output in warm surroundings. A hinged front panel, tool-free removal of internal parts and an automatic cleaning cycle simplify maintenance; XSafe sanitises the machine automatically and the XWave app allows remote technical support.

It makes 150 kg of ice per 24 h at +10 °C and 115 kg at +32/+21 °C; the cube weighs 10 g, with 6 g and 15 g options. Water use for the AS version is 8 l/h and energy use 14 kWh per 24 h, with 600 W power and a 230 V / 50 Hz supply. The machine measures 565 × 640 × 635 mm and weighs 75 kg, or 91 kg packed.
