Ice cube maker Scotsman NU 307

The taller NU 307 from Scotsman is intended for sites that use a lot of ice but do not want a separate modular head and bin. Ice is produced and stored in one cabinet, which allows a lower and simpler installation. The standard cube weighs 10 g, with 6 g half-dice and 15 g large-dice versions also offered.

Front-facing airflow allows under-counter installation. A stainless-steel exterior, a retractable sliding door, a front-access air filter and condenser and a maintenance indicator light are all included, and the XSafe system sanitises the machine automatically.

Output up to 137 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, and 98 kg at +32/+21 °C; bin capacity 37 kg. External dimensions 650 × 690 × 1003 mm, net weight 62 kg, gross 79 kg, electrical connection 230 V / 50 Hz.
