Modular ice cube maker Scotsman NW 507

Suited to tighter spaces, the NW 507 is only 558 mm wide yet makes up to 210 kg of ice a day. It is a Scotsman head-only modular unit and needs a separately ordered bin for storage. It makes 10 g dice cubes, while the H and L versions of the model give 6 g half-dice and 15 g large-dice ice.

The outer panels are T304 stainless steel. Automatic indicator lights, one-touch cleaning and a front-access evaporator plate keep maintenance simple. It makes 210 kg of ice per 24 h at +10 °C air and water and 145 kg at +32/+21 °C.

The machine uses 10.7 l of water per hour and 21.1 kWh of electricity per 24 h, with a power rating of 1210 W. Refrigerant is R290 and the supply 230 V / 50 Hz. Measurements 558 × 610 × 609 mm, net weight 67 kg and 77 kg packed.
