Flake ice machine Scotsman AF 157

For kitchens and shops with a heavier demand for flake ice, the Scotsman AF 157 produces up to 190 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, 169 kg at +21/+10 °C and 137 kg at +32/+21 °C. The built-in bin holds 60 kg. This model is air-cooled only.

The integrated XSafe system sanitises the machine automatically, helping to keep the ice maker clean. The cabinet is stainless steel. External dimensions 950 × 605 × 1083 mm including legs; height without legs is 1000 mm.
