Flake ice machine Scotsman EF 157

For kitchens and food displays that use a lot of flake ice, the Scotsman EF 157 produces up to 190 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water. In warmer conditions output is 169 kg (+21/+10 °C) and 137 kg (+32/+21 °C). The built-in bin holds 60 kg.

The machine is air-cooled and part of the EASY line. Its PWD system pumps waste water up to 15 metres away, and the integrated XSafe sanitises the unit automatically. The exterior is stainless steel.

External dimensions 950 × 605 × 1083 mm including legs; net weight 76 kg. Refrigerant R290, supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 550 W and water use of 6 l/h (+32/+21 °C).
