Flake ice machine Scotsman EF 127

With a low, wide cabinet, the Scotsman EF 127 produces up to 131 kg of flake ice per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, 123 kg at +21/+10 °C and 108 kg at +32/+21 °C. The built-in bin holds 40 kg. The machine is air-cooled and belongs to the EASY line.

A PWD pump sends waste water up to 15 metres away, and the XSafe system sanitises the unit automatically. The cabinet is stainless steel. External dimensions 950 × 605 × 872 mm including legs; net weight 69 kg.
