Flake ice machine Scotsman MXF 1229

The MXF 1229 is a split flake ice machine for connection to a condensing unit or central system running on R744 (CO2). Its Super-Flake ice has 15% residual water, and output reaches 570 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 535 kg at +21/+10 °C. The bin is ordered separately.

The machine is operated from a touchscreen and can be monitored through the XWave app. XSafe is an integrated automatic sanitising system. Heat rejection is 4.3 kW, and the casing is stainless steel.

In a compact 560 × 619 × 653 mm cabinet, the machine weighs 55 kg net. Powered from a single-phase 230/50/1 supply, the head draws 200 W without the condensing unit and uses 21.5 l/h of water (+32/+21 °C).
