Flake ice machine Scotsman MXF 1027

The modular MXF 1027 makes very dry Super-Flake ice, about 15% water, at up to 501 kg per 24 h in its air-cooled version at +10 °C air and water, 430 kg at +21/+10 °C and 314 kg at +32/+21 °C. The water-cooled WS version produces 500 kg. The head sits on a separate bin.

Automatic XSafe sanitising is built into the machine, and the casing is stainless steel. The water-cooled model uses 189 l/h of water. Measuring 560 × 615 × 735 mm, the machine weighs 80 kg net.

Refrigerant is R290, the supply single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz, and rated power 1570 W. The air-cooled model uses 13 l/h of water (+32/+21 °C).
