Flake ice machine Scotsman AF 107

Flake ice is used wherever food or drinks are chilled on or in a bed of ice. The Scotsman AF 107 makes up to 130 kg of it per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, 126 kg at +21/+10 °C and 102 kg at +32/+21 °C, collecting it in a built-in 30 kg bin. Air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS versions are available, the WS model producing 122 kg per 24 h.

XSafe, an automatic sanitising system built into the machine, keeps it clean. The exterior is stainless steel. External dimensions 592 × 622 × 1078 mm including legs (997 mm high without legs); net weight 67 kg.

Refrigerant R290, supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 405 W. Water use is 5 l/h for the AS version and 35 l/h for the WS version.
