Flake ice machine Scotsman MXF 1237

At 765 mm wide, the MXF 1237 makes very dry Super-Flake ice (about 15% water): the air-cooled 230/50/1 model produces up to 550 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, 480 kg at +21/+10 °C and 360 kg at +32/+21 °C. The AS model on 400/50/3N gives 540 kg and the water-cooled WS 550 kg.

The head is installed on a separate bin. The integrated XSafe system sanitises the machine automatically. Water use is 157 l/h for the water-cooled version and 16 l/h for the air-cooled version (+32/+21 °C).

The casing is stainless steel. Height is 650 mm and depth 615 mm; net weight 85 kg. The machine runs on 230/50/1 or 400/50/3N, with a rated power of 2050 W and R290 refrigerant.
