Flake ice machine Scotsman MF 59 SPLIT CO2

Designed for sites where cooling comes from an R744 (CO2) condensing unit or central low-temperature system, the MF 59 SPLIT CO2 produces 700 kg of flake ice per 24 h at both +10 °C and +21/+10 °C, and 620 kg at +32/+21 °C. No bin is included; the head sits on a separate storage bin.

The refrigeration capacity it requires from the system is 3500 W at an evaporating temperature of −21 °C. The XSafe automatic sanitising system is built in, and the casing is stainless steel. The head measures 538 mm wide, 663 mm deep and 794 mm high and weighs 64 kg net.

The supply is single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz, and the head itself draws 200 W without the condensing unit. Water use for the AS model is 31.3 l/h (+32/+21 °C).
