Flake ice machine Scotsman MF 58 SPLIT

As a flake ice production head, the Scotsman MF 58 SPLIT connects to a remote condensing unit or a central low-temperature system (R452A). Output is 600 kg per 24 h at both +10 °C and +21/+10 °C, and 520 kg at +32/+21 °C. No storage bin is included; the head is installed on a separate bin.

The required refrigeration capacity is 2300 W at an evaporating temperature of −16 °C and a condensing temperature of +40 °C. The XSafe automatic sanitising system is built in, and the exterior is stainless steel. The head measures 538 × 663 × 794 mm and weighs 62 kg net.

Supply 230 V / 50 Hz; the head alone draws 160 W, excluding the condensing unit; water use 21.7 l/h (+32/+21 °C).
