Flake ice machine Scotsman MF 69 SPLIT CO2

For CO2-based sites with a larger demand for flake ice, the MF 69 SPLIT CO2 produces 1400 kg per 24 h at both +10 °C and +21/+10 °C, and 1240 kg at +32/+21 °C. The head connects to an R744 condensing unit or central low-temperature system and is installed on a separately ordered bin.

Required refrigeration capacity is 7000 W at an evaporating temperature of −21 °C. XSafe is an automatic sanitising system integrated into the machine; the cabinet is stainless steel. Despite the output, the cabinet measures just 538 × 663 × 794 mm, with a net weight of 103 kg.

On a single-phase 230/50/1 supply the head needs 400 W without the condensing unit, and it uses 36.3 l/h of water (+32/+21 °C).
