Call sales +372 5559 3678The MF56AS/WS is a high-output flake ice machine without a bin of its own: it sits on a separate storage bin, with the Scotsman SB550 or the smaller SB193 recommended. At an ambient temperature of 10 °C it produces 600 kg of Super-Flake ice per 24 hours, containing only 15% water.
A sensor watches the ice level and stops the machine when the bin is full. Controls are electromechanical. All four side panels can be removed for servicing, and rounded corners make cleaning easier.
A water-connection kit is supplied; a water filter is recommended, and a UV lamp for bacterial control and a 230 V / 60 Hz version are available as options. Water use is 21.7 l/h for the air-cooled AS model and 185.7 l/h for the water-cooled WS model. Rated power 2000 W, refrigerant R404a, stainless-steel housing.
