Flake ice machine Scotsman MXF 327 SPA

The SPA version of the MXF 327 makes wetter flake ice, with 25% water, for spas and wellness facilities. The air-cooled model produces up to 146 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, 138 kg at +21/+10 °C and 116 kg at +32/+21 °C; the water-cooled WS model gives 150 kg.

The machine is modular and installed on a separate bin. The XSafe system sanitises it automatically and continuously, and the casing is stainless steel. Just 450 mm high, 560 mm wide and 615 mm deep; net weight 44 kg.

Powered from 230/50/1, the machine is rated at 477 W, uses R290 refrigerant and consumes 5 l/h of water in the AS version (+32/+21 °C).
