Flake ice machine Scotsman MXF 327 OX

Only 450 mm high, the MXF 327 OX is a low-profile modular head for a separately ordered bin. It makes very dry Super-Flake ice with about 12% water: up to 133 kg per 24 h for the air-cooled model at +10 °C air and water, 123 kg at +21/+10 °C and 90 kg at +32/+21 °C.

The water-cooled WS model gives 125 kg. It is controlled from a touchscreen and can be monitored with the XWave app. The automatic XSafe system keeps the machine sanitised, and the casing is stainless steel.

Width 560 mm and depth 615 mm; net weight 44 kg. The machine runs on a 230/50/1 supply, rated at 477 W with R290 refrigerant; the air-cooled version uses 4 l/h of water (+32/+21 °C).
