Flake ice machine Scotsman MXF 627

In a compact 560 mm wide cabinet, the MXF 627 produces up to 300 kg of very dry Super-Flake ice per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, 270 kg at +21/+10 °C and 230 kg at +32/+21 °C. The ice contains about 15% water, and the water-cooled WS model makes 280 kg. The storage bin is ordered separately.

The machine comes in air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS versions. XSafe automatic sanitising is built in, and the casing is stainless steel. Height 600 mm and depth 615 mm; net weight 58 kg.

On a single-phase 230/50/1 supply the rated power is 1080 W, with R290 refrigerant and water use of 9 l/h for the AS version (+32/+21 °C).
