Flake ice machine Scotsman MF 66

Super-Flake is flake ice containing about 15% water. The modular MF 66 makes up to 1150 kg of it per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, 1070 kg at +21/+10 °C and 870 kg at +32/+21 °C; the AS model on a 400 V supply reaches 1160 kg. The head is installed on a separately ordered bin.

Air-cooled AS, remote-condenser ASR (1050 kg per 24 h) and water-cooled WS versions are available. The supply is three-phase only, either 400/50/3N or 230/50/3. XSafe sanitises the machine automatically, and the casing is stainless steel.

At 1064 × 697 × 860 mm and 179 kg net, the machine has a rated power of 3900 W. Refrigerant is R404A or R452A. Water use is 36.3 l/h for the AS version and 250 l/h for the WS version.
