Ice crusher Scotsman CRUSHMAN 360

The Scotsman CRUSHMAN 360 is a bar and café tool that crushes any kind of cube ice into granules. Granule size is changed with a simple mechanical adjustment, and the crusher handles up to 144 kg of ice per 24 h. It contains no refrigerant: it processes cube ice made elsewhere.

The unit is built entirely from 18/10 stainless steel. Microswitches on both the lid and the door provide safety cut-outs. Crushed ice falls into a GN 1/3 basin 150 mm deep, the internal bin holds 3.5 kg, and the drip tray is removable.

The crusher is 245 mm wide, 430 mm deep and 490 mm high and weighs 23 kg net (28 kg gross). Supply 230 V / 50 Hz; electricity use 0.2 kWh per 24 h.
