Two half-height doors and a deeper 60 × 64 cm shelf format set the SAGI HPC102 apart. Eight shelves on eight pairs of runners take 40 containers of 36 × 16.5 × 12 cm, 24 of 36 × 25 × 12 cm or 32 carapines Ø 20 × 25 cm. Each cycle brings 38 kg from −9 °C to −18 °C at the core in 70/90 minutes.
Defrost here is automatic, using hot gas. Blast-freezing runs in SOFT or HARD mode, by time or by the single-point probe, with −25 °C precooling and an automatic move to preservation after the cycle. The board has a segment display and an RS485 port, and an optional APOLINK accessory links the unit to the remote-control portal.
