The evaporator sits outside the chamber, giving maximum usable volume. Each door opens onto a plastic-coated wire shelf on stainless-steel runners; drawers 75 or 150 mm high, glass doors with LED lighting and a key lock are optional. The controller has a HACCP alarm log, Energy Saving and Overcooling, plus temperature, power-failure and dirty-condenser alarms.
Refrigerating capacity 687 W, electrical power 100 W, refrigerant R452A, climate class 5. The counter is 1115 mm wide and 701 mm deep, weighs 97 kg net and has 50 mm insulation. Besides the P version (TCF12100000000) there is an S version without worktop (810 mm) and an A version with worktop and splashback (950 mm).
