Remote freezer counter Everlasting Professional 156 (70/85)

Frozen stock moves closer to the workstation with the Everlasting Professional 156 (70/85), which holds −20…−10 °C directly beneath the worktop. It belongs to the 70 cm deep line (701 mm cabinet) and stands 850 mm high with its worktop. Cooling comes from a remote condensing unit, which is installed separately and not supplied.

The evaporator has an anti-corrosion treatment and is placed outside the storage area, so the whole interior is available for product. Defrost is automatic by electric heater. Behind each door is a plastic-coated wire shelf on stainless-steel runners; the interior is AISI 304 stainless steel and the walls carry 50 mm of polyurethane insulation.

The electronic control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log and flags temperature and power-failure alarms. Refrigerating capacity is 1011 W at −23.3 °C evaporating and +54.4 °C condensing; refrigerant R452A, climate class 5. The counter measures 1569 × 701 × 850 mm and weighs 109 kg net, with an electrical power of 100 W.

It is also offered as an S version without worktop (810 mm) and an A version with worktop and splashback (950 mm).
