It takes up to 10 GN 1/1 containers or 400 × 600 mm (EN) trays, and the manufacturer rates it at 45 kg per chilling cycle and 28 kg per freezing cycle.
It runs on a single-phase 230 V supply. The electronic controller has a single-point core probe to measure the food's internal temperature, and defrost is automatic. Chamber and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel behind a solid door.
The refrigeration unit is built in and uses R290. Operating range −40…+10 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), noise level 64 dBA. Electrical connection 230 V / 50 Hz, power 1900 W.
