Call sales +372 5559 3678Supplied without a worktop, the SAGI JF51 is an 820 mm-high blast chiller-freezer for five GN 1/1 pans or EN 60 × 40 cm trays at 66.5 mm spacing. Each cycle chills 20 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C at the core in 90 minutes or freezes 12 kg to −18 °C in 240 minutes. HARD and SOFT modes, timed or probe-led cycles and pre-cooling are standard, and after every cycle the unit holds the load in positive or negative storage on its own.
The AISI 304 cabinet has a one-piece interior with rounded corners, a diamond-treated base with drain hole, a ten-chamber magnetic gasket and a reversible right-hand door. Condenser access needs no tools. Single-phase 230 V supply, 820 W; R290 (0.08 kg), 897 W refrigerating capacity at −23.3 °C, 0.26 kWh/kg freezing, 55 mm insulation, 60 dBA.
Net weight 85 kg on 75–108 mm feet. An RS485 board allows connection to the APOLINK portal with the optional accessory.
