Five positions at 66.5 mm take GN 1/1 pans or EN 60 × 40 cm trays. A cycle brings 20 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes or 12 kg down to −18 °C in 240 minutes.
The single-point core probe or a timer ends each HARD or SOFT cycle, pre-cooling prepares the cabinet, and the unit moves to positive or negative storage automatically. Its electronic board has an RS485 port, so the optional APOLINK accessory can connect it to the remote-control portal.
