Call sales +372 5559 3678The JF51DM tops the five-tray JOY+ chassis with a 25 mm worktop that is flame retardant and water repellent, for an overall height of 842 mm. It chills 18 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C at the core in 90 minutes and freezes 10 kg to −18 °C, with GN 1/1 pans or EN 60 × 40 cm trays on five positions spaced 66.5 mm.
Control is by an electronic panel with segment display and a single-point core probe. Blast chilling and freezing are timed or probe-controlled in HARD or SOFT mode, with pre-cooling and automatic switching to positive or negative storage after each cycle. The door is reversible, and the condenser is reached without tools.
Energy use is 0.07 kWh/kg chilling and 0.27 kWh/kg freezing; refrigerating capacity 897 W at −23.3 °C with R290 (0.07 kg). Dimensions 747 × 707 × 842 mm, 85 kg net, 770 W on 230 V 1N~, 55 mm insulation.
