This glass-door refrigerator holds +2…+10 °C in a 1365-litre chamber. Each door has 3 plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners, and a pastry set-up, bottle racks, drawers or a UVC lamp can be chosen as options.
The evaporator sits in a separate compartment and is defrosted automatically. The controller has a HACCP alarm log and high/low humidity settings, and the inner corners are rounded. Refrigerating capacity 619 W, electrical power 450 W, refrigerant R290, 75 mm insulation.
Net weight 250 kg. A remote version (REM, ACE34200000000, R452A, 270 W) also exists, without condensing unit.
