The 2102-litre cabinet holds +2…+10 °C and suits open kitchens and production rooms where items need to be found quickly. The tropicalised monoblock unit is easy to service and clean, and the anti-corrosion evaporator is separate from the storage space.
The interior is AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners. Each door has three plastic-coated wire shelves; bottle racks, a pastry set-up or a hook rail for meat and salami can be added. Refrigerating capacity 1238 W at −10 °C evaporating, electrical power 920 W, refrigerant R290, insulation 75 mm.
Dimensions 2250 × 815 × 2080 mm, weight 401/369 kg. A remote version (REM, ACE35300000000) is available, with the condensing unit not supplied.
