About this product

Description

Designed for chilled products that should stay in sight, the Everlasting Professional 700 Glass has a 625-litre compartment at +2…+10 °C behind its glass door, and the 750 mm wide body fits narrower spaces. The tropicalised monoblock unit of the Professional range is easy to service, the evaporator is in a separate compartment and defrost is automatic.

Three plastic-coated wire shelves sit on stainless-steel runners; bottle racks, a pastry set-up or a germicidal UVC lamp can be added. The control panel has a HACCP alarm log and high and low humidity settings. Refrigerating capacity 385 W at −10 °C evaporating, electrical power 270 W, refrigerant R290, insulation 75 mm.

Net weight 156 kg. A remote version (REM, ACE32100000000) exists, supplied without its condensing unit.
