The body is just 743 mm deep with a gross volume of 480 litres. Integrated humidification prevents drying out and changes in texture, while the ventilation spreads air evenly on every shelf level.
There are twenty pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners. The controller has a HACCP alarm log, temperature, power-failure and dirty-condenser alarms and an Energy Saving function. A UVC lamp and a rack adapter are available as options.
