Description

The Everlasting Chocolate 100 Glass is a glass-door chocolate cabinet whose LED lighting keeps the products in view, so it serves for storage and display alike. Controlled temperature and humidity help prevent sugar and fat from rising to the surface of the chocolate.

Inside are 20 pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners and an AISI 304 interior with rounded corners; the racks lift out without tools. Temperature is adjustable within +10…+18 °C and relative humidity within 40–60%. The control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log, and defrost is automatic.

The glass door puts the cabinet in climate class 4. Gross volume 875 litres, dimensions 790 × 1043 × 2050 mm, net weight 160 kg. R290 refrigerant, 1021 W refrigerating capacity and 1140 W electrical power, insulation 60 mm.
