Description

In the glass-door version of the small chocolate cabinet, the Everlasting Chocolate Mini Glass, products stay visible under LED lighting, so the cabinet doubles as a display. At 530 mm wide and 950 mm high it holds +10…+18 °C and 40–60% humidity. Inside are five plastic-coated 397 × 500 mm wire shelves on five pairs of stainless-steel runners, the maximum the cabinet takes.

Ventilation is designed specifically for chocolate storage, and rounded internal corners with racks that lift out without tools simplify cleaning. The control panel has a HACCP alarm log and automatic defrost. The glass-door model is rated climate class 4.
