Description

Storage and display in one cabinet: the Everlasting Chocolate 70 Glass keeps products visible behind a glass door under LED lighting. According to the manufacturer, lumps and incorrect crystallisation, which bring a whitish layer of fat to the surface, are the main problems with chocolate; the cabinet controls temperature and humidity continuously to avoid them.

The 743 mm deep cabinet has 20 pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners, and the racks come out without tools. Temperature is set within +10…+18 °C and humidity within 40–60%. The control panel records HACCP alarms, defrost is automatic and the evaporator has an anti-corrosion treatment.

As a glass-door model it is rated climate class 4. Gross volume 573 litres, dimensions 790 × 743 × 2050 mm, net weight 145 kg. R290 refrigerant, 599 W refrigerating capacity, 940 W electrical power and 60 mm insulation.

Options are a UVC lamp, castors and a GN 2/1 rack adapter.
