It is finished in AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with the technical compartment and base in galvanised steel.
The chamber holds three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners, which can be replaced with stainless-steel wire shelves if preferred. All shelving lifts out without tools. The controller has a HACCP alarm log and an Overcooling function, and also alerts when the condenser is dirty.
As a glass-door freezer it runs in climate class 4 at −20…−10 °C on R290. Refrigerating capacity 560 W (−23.3/+54.4 °C), electrical power 510 W, net weight 158 kg. The remote version, AEF32100000000, is offered without its condensing unit.
