Below, 240 litres net (378 litres gross) take EN 60 × 40 cm pastry trays at −2…+8 °C. Humidity control is part of the thermometer-thermostat: relative humidity is set at 75% or 90%, shown on a digital display, with a communication port alongside.
The AISI 304 rack has seven 75 mm positions per section, cooling is fan-assisted, and defrost is electric and automatic. The anti-corrosion evaporator and pull-out cooling unit simplify routine condenser cleaning. Dimensions 1600 × 800 × 965 mm, 133 kg net on 140–200 mm feet.
