Call sales +372 5559 3678The KBS16M is the flat-worktop version of the two-door Pastry & Bakery counter: 50 mm of AISI 304 with a soundproofing lining and no upstand, at 880 mm height. Its compartment holds 378 litres gross and 240 litres net of EN 60 × 40 cm trays at −2…+8 °C. Seven 75 mm-spaced positions per section are formed by an AISI 304 grid-supporting rack.
On the digital thermometer-thermostat the relative humidity can be switched between 75% and 90%, and a communication port is fitted. Ventilated cooling with an anti-corrosion evaporator, automatic electric defrost and a pull-out cooling unit for condenser cleaning are standard.
