The counter has its own monoblock refrigeration unit running on R290 and keeps products under the worktop at −2…+10 °C. With the evaporator in a separate compartment, the chamber is left free for product.
Each door has 4 pairs of L-shaped runners for EN 60 × 40 trays and 1 plastic-coated wire shelf, and a UVC lamp and drawers 75 or 150 mm high can be added. A ventilation channel under the worktop keeps airflow even; defrost is automatic, and the controller has a HACCP log and humidity setting.
Refrigerating capacity 619 W, electrical power 390 W, climate class 5, 50 mm insulation. The P version with worktop (TBJ04100000000) measures 2512 × 750 × 850 mm and weighs 207 kg; the S version without worktop (TBJ04000000000) is 810 mm high and the A version with splashback (TBJ04200000000) 950 mm.
