Call sales +372 5559 3678Combining worktop and chilled storage at −2…+10 °C, the Pastry 92 is a 928 mm wide pastry refrigerated counter. The refrigeration unit is built in as a monoblock running on R290. Air moves gently and evenly through a channel under the worktop.
Each door is fitted with 4 pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners for EN 60 × 40 trays and one plastic-coated wire shelf. Defrost is automatic by electric heater; the controller logs HACCP alarms and offers high or low humidity settings. Refrigerating capacity 385 W, electrical power 240 W, climate class 5, 50 mm insulation.
The P version with worktop measures 928 × 750 × 850 mm and weighs 97 kg net. The S version without worktop is 810 mm high and the A version with worktop and splashback 950 mm; a UVC lamp and drawers are optional.
