Frozen bakery and pastry products stay within reach under the solid worktop. The evaporator is placed in a separate compartment, so the chamber volume is left for product.
The interior takes EN 60 × 40 trays or wire shelves, with 4 pairs of L-runners and 1 plastic-coated wire shelf per door. The controller monitors temperature, power failure and condenser cleanliness, logs HACCP alarms and offers Energy Saving and Overcooling. Refrigerant R290, refrigerating capacity 488 W, electrical power 420 W, climate class 5, 50 mm insulation.
With worktop (P, TCJ01100000000) the counter is 928 × 750 × 850 mm and weighs 99 kg net; S (TCJ01000000000) is 810 mm and A (TCJ01200000000) 950 mm high. A UVC lamp and drawers are optional.
