About this product

Description

The Everlasting VTR 1 keeps pizza toppings within reach and at the right temperature while pizzas are being made. At 1472 mm long and 310 mm deep it takes stainless-steel GN 1/2, 1/4, 1/6 and 1/9 containers, which, like their stainless-steel supports, are ordered separately as optional accessories.

Cooling is static, the interior and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel, and rounded internal corners make cleaning easy. A touch-screen electronic controller provides a HACCP alarm. Two versions are offered: P with a flat glass cover and S without glass.
