Pizza topping showcase Everlasting VTR 10

For a wide choice of toppings, some of them in large GN 2/3 containers, the Everlasting VTR 10 offers a refrigerated well 2530 mm long and 365 mm deep. GN 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 1/9 containers fit too; containers and supports are not included and come as optional accessories.

Static cooling holds +2…+10 °C, set on a touch-screen electronic control panel with HACCP alarm. The showcase is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, insulated with high-density polyurethane and shaped with rounded internal corners. The top is a flat glass cover in version P and open in version S.
