The 310 mm depth suits stainless-steel GN 1/2, 1/4, 1/6 and 1/9 containers; containers and supports are not included and come as optional accessories.
Inside and out the showcase is AISI 304 stainless steel, with rounded corners and high-density polyurethane insulation. Static cooling is controlled from a touch-screen electronic panel that also raises a HACCP alarm. The top is either a flat glass cover (version P) or open, without glass (version S).
