The chamber has 25 pairs of rails and 833 litres of net volume, and the cabinet is built for daily professional use. Fan-assisted cooling forces cold air evenly between the trays, and the temperature recovers quickly once the door is closed.
The self-closing door is reversible and opens with a full-height handle or a pedal. Inside, the stainless-steel chamber is lit by LEDs, and the electronic controller includes safety functions. The temperature can be set between −30 °C and +10 °C; climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).
