Its refrigeration unit is built in and runs on the natural refrigerant R290, so no separate condensing unit or pipework is needed. It is 1759 mm wide, 701 mm deep and 850 mm high with worktop.
Everlasting points to the 50 mm high-density polyurethane insulation, which together with R290 keeps energy use low. The evaporator is separate from the storage space and anti-corrosion treated, and defrost by electric heater is automatic. The control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log and raises alarms for temperature, power failure and a dirty condenser.
