Description

Frozen storage for a short kitchen line comes from the Everlasting Professional 85 (70/85): 851 mm wide, 701 mm deep and 850 mm high with worktop. The refrigeration unit is built in and runs on R290, so no separate condensing unit has to be installed. The evaporator is moved out of the storage area and protected against corrosion, and defrost by electric heater is automatic.

Behind the door is a plastic-coated wire shelf on stainless-steel runners. The control panel has a HACCP alarm log and an energy-saving function, and it also warns of a dirty condenser. Castors, a lock or 75 or 150 mm internal drawers can be ordered as options.
