Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-150BE-L-BLH

In a restaurant where sushi is central to the menu, the LED lighting of the HNC-150BE-L-BLH lifts the display even when the dining room is dim. The 1500 mm case holds 57 litres, and its refrigeration unit is at the left end – the left edge of the counter carries the machinery, the rest is lit display.

The case is only 345 mm deep and 270 mm high, so the chef can easily reach over it. Inside are glass, ABS plastic and stainless steel; outside, glass plus ABS and PVC plastic. Cooling is based on R600a refrigerant, and with the LED lighting the electrical power is 145 W.

Packed, the case weighs 52 kg; unpacked, 37 kg.
